All shipments and orders are entirely confidential. We sell both single cigars and boxes of 25.

Tobacco products can be shipped ONLY to an Ontario address - Non-tobacco products can be shipped anywhere.

We ship by Canada Post. Your cigar order may be delivered at any time during the business day - the specific time of delivery is not available. Your order can be shipped to your work address or an alternate address. If shipping to an alternate address, please be certain to enter your Billing Address EXACTLY as it appears on your credit card statement (for verification). Then, in the Shipping Address enter the address you wish to have your order shipped to. Your order cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box because an adult signature is required.

All totals and taxes will be shown in your shopping cart when you checkout.

When receiving the package, an adult (19 years or older) must sign for the package. Under no circumstances will the package be released if an adult is not present to sign for it.

If you want to return a non-consumable product for a refund, we will be happy to do so as long as it within 15 days of delivery. We are unable to accept returns on cigars. Some conditions apply - PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST by email or call Peter at (519) 745-9984.
